Sweat it out!
Ok, just so I don’t get shit for this, I made this video and this HUUUUGE comment (I’m well aware, no need to bring it up) for those of you that were asking me what my workout routine looks like. Well, here ya go...
Here are two of my favorite exercise to do in general. Squatting and deadlifting are two great ways to get stronger legs but it’s a full body workout at the same time, remember that. Bracing yourself, holding your body in place as you carry the movement ain’t no joke. But lets brake down the movements in a simpler form for those of you at home that are actually intrigued. Squatting is simple. Don’t believe me? I had a client once when I was a trainer back in nyc that told me he’d never squat. I could help myself to wonder; then how does he take a shit? Everyone often complicates a movement in attempt to perfect it, such as trying to help a friend or a client telling them; “drive your knees out, drive your heels down, push off the floor, etc” but these “tips” can often distract and unmotivate us. Yes those are all great things to keep in mind as you squat, but when it comes down to it, squatting is just a simple movement of sitting down, and standing up. Deadlift on the other hand is the opposite movements. Deadlift is simply picking something off the floor. I’ll explain more thoroughly as we go along. Ok, now I’ll shut up

Sorry for not posting anything yesterday my beautiful fans but when family calls , we drop everything. For those who want to know, this is Janet. She’s Marc MacNamara’s baby and I consider her my child as well. She had two lumps, one on her shoulder and another on her paw. Luckily both we’re removed and we found out it was only fat, not c.... I don’t want to say it. Anyways, she almost back to her old self. Tomorrow the stitches come out and she can play more. Now to take them for a walk and hit the gym before class. Rise and shine ugly ducking
Sorry for the face, hair, look, presentation in general but it was a long day. Thursdays are by far when you’ll see the least of me. I have classes back to back from 1-8pm. For those of you interested, I’m majoring in film production/editing and marketing. Super excited this semester I’ll have a little more freedom with my film project. We have to come up with a 3-8 minute film but unlike my past two semester, having to create our own scripts, this one we’ll have to copy (not shot by shot) a scene or scenario from a movie/film or tv series. I came up with the idea of shooting the famous scene from Friends where Monica, Rachel and Phoebe write down their favorite sexual positions/spots. Yes, it’s the one where Monica keeps saying; seven, seven, secen... (hand gestures) seven. But mine will have a twist. Instead of casting all girls I’ll be casting 3 gay boys. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination, for now. If you still don’t know what scene I’m talking about, you have homeowork to do. Also, if you have any ideas or suggestions send them my way. Tired and exhausted but not defeated!
Hello my beautiful fans and let me tell you something. For a while I’ve been holding my feelings in. This past two years have been one hell of a rollercoaster. Feel in love with my best friend and rushed into a relationship only to watch it crash faster than it took off. I’m very fortunate to say our friendship remained. Had the biggest disappointment with my family (yes politics but relax I won’t bore you with it). Began to slowly accept my relationship with my sister is becoming further a part every year. Meanwhile a bunch of exciting things happening all around me, I am unable to appreciate or even accept it because I’m stuck in this funk. I’ll spare you the details. I’m here to say this is a new me. This year I’ll make the best of it and I’ll share it with you guys. As an apology and a late Christmas present, I promise to post a picture here everyday letting you all know what the fuck I’m doing. Did you know...
I am 29 years old, 5'9" (although I'll try to get away saying I'm 5'10) weighting at 170lbs. I was born in Brazil but my half Lebanese and half Italian. Can you tell?
