I’m no strongman or professional bodybuilder, but consistently training with decent recovery practices is the name of the game.
Progressive overload, nutritional habit stacking and momentum all play a part.
I’m nowhere near what I want to be at, but it’s important to appreciate where you currently are and enjoy the process.
