One of the best feelings ever is waking up early and completing a workout! I personally feel so accomplished and am so much more productive throughout the day. Here are some tips for waking up early 🥰 - go to bed earlier than usual - book a morning workout! You’ll be more likely to go knowing that you paid for it and will probably be charged a late cancel fee. - stay consistent with your new bedtime - limit screen time before bed (reading a book is helpful for me!) - put your alarm or phone in another room or far out of reach so you’ll have to physically get up to turn it off - put your phone on do not disturb while you go to sleep - avoid caffeine in the late afternoon - avoid eating 3-4 hours before you fall asleep
