this month has been exhausting and it's not even over yet 😩 i've had multiple shift switches (which ruin my sleep regularity even more than normal 🙃) and just feel like i haven't really been able to be there for everyone in my life that i care about as much as i'd like to... BUTTTT im also very thankful bc i know that i have a lot to be grateful for and i get to improve my patients lives each day which fulfills me the most internally :) life is crazy and hard times are temporary so im learning to embrace that!! sorry for yapping, but that's how my month has been haha pls message me to help me take my mind off things 🫶 (i wont bite i promise)
