Go to the gym, go to the dentist, develop good grooming routines, dress properly for your body type and age, and be hygienic. I can’t overstate how much physical fitness is a game changer to anyone’s looks, confidence and self-esteem. When it comes to being a bull, looking good and feeling comfortable in your own skin is everything! 2. Finding couples is not that complicated – there are several swingers dating services, reddit, swingers and traditional dating apps. On top of that, many big cities have a swinger’s club that allow single guys in on certain days of the week (its how I started). 3. Have about 10 good pictures ready to share. I am always surprised to see how many guys fail this very simple step and use shitty mirror selfies or dick closeups only as if it is enough.
