Good morning let’s start with some strength training πŸ’ͺ🏼 to properly and effectively do a squat you need to make sure that you start by standing up with your feet about hip width apart. and make sure you have your shoulders back and your back is straight. Slowly send hips back and bend your knees to squat toward the floor, keeping the weight mainly on your heels and then slowly stand back up holding tension in your glutes. you should feel this mainly in your quads hamstrings and glutes if you feel too much tension in your back your posture is incorrect!!
