My fav go to calf moves that actually helpโฌ๏ธ
๐ช๐ผStanding Calf Raises (Weighted or Bodyweight)
Iโll hold a barbell or dumbbells and do 4 sets of 15โ20 reps. Go slow, squeeze at the top, and donโt cheat the stretch at the bottom ๐๐ผ
๐ช๐ผSeated Calf Raises
Targets the muscle that gives your calves that width. Iโll usually throw this in after standing raises same 4 sets, 15โ20 reps. It burns so good I love it.
๐ช๐ผSingle Leg Calf Raises
I do these with just bodyweight or light dumbbells, usually at the end of my workout as a burnout. 3 sets of 10โ12 per leg. Helps fix imbalances
Donโt rush calf training!! Slow tempo and using full range of motion is everything. Also try training them 2-3 times a week they recover fast.

I try to go in 3-4 times a week, usually after my workout sessions. You donโt need to overdo it 15 to 20 minutes per session is plenty. Just enough to get a good sweat going and let your body relax. So i wanted to share my obsession with you guys and my reasons:๐ฅฐ โฌ๏ธ
๐ช๐ผ Muscle recovery โ The heat boosts circulation and helps flush out all that soreness after heavy lifts or hard workouts.
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ Stress relief โ You literally just sit there and vibe. Itโs like meditation but hotter lol. I always come out feeling calm and clear.
๐ซถ๐ปSkin glow-up โ Sweating opens up your pores and helps detox your skin. My face always looks so fresh after.
๐ค Better sleep โ Something about the heat makes your body super relaxed, and I swear I sleep like a baby on sauna nights.
๐ฅ Metabolism boost โ Some studies say it can help with fat loss and endurance.
