Good morning โ˜€๏ธ This might sound a little random but i got asked if i workout my calves and I do!! ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ So I wanted to share a great calf workout that I love (and YES calves matter) lol I used to ignore them and wonder why my legs looked kinda unfinished ๐Ÿ˜ญ now theyโ€™re part of my regular leg day, no questions asked.

My fav go to calf moves that actually helpโฌ‡๏ธ

๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸผStanding Calf Raises (Weighted or Bodyweight)

Iโ€™ll hold a barbell or dumbbells and do 4 sets of 15โ€“20 reps. Go slow, squeeze at the top, and donโ€™t cheat the stretch at the bottom ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸผSeated Calf Raises

Targets the muscle that gives your calves that width. Iโ€™ll usually throw this in after standing raises same 4 sets, 15โ€“20 reps. It burns so good I love it.

๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸผSingle Leg Calf Raises

I do these with just bodyweight or light dumbbells, usually at the end of my workout as a burnout. 3 sets of 10โ€“12 per leg. Helps fix imbalances

Donโ€™t rush calf training!! Slow tempo and using full range of motion is everything. Also try training them 2-3 times a week they recover fast.

I try to go in 3-4 times a week, usually after my workout sessions. You donโ€™t need to overdo it 15 to 20 minutes per session is plenty. Just enough to get a good sweat going and let your body relax. So i wanted to share my obsession with you guys and my reasons:๐Ÿฅฐ โฌ‡๏ธ

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Muscle recovery โ€“ The heat boosts circulation and helps flush out all that soreness after heavy lifts or hard workouts.

๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Stress relief โ€“ You literally just sit there and vibe. Itโ€™s like meditation but hotter lol. I always come out feeling calm and clear.

๐Ÿซถ๐ŸปSkin glow-up โ€“ Sweating opens up your pores and helps detox your skin. My face always looks so fresh after.

๐Ÿ’ค Better sleep โ€“ Something about the heat makes your body super relaxed, and I swear I sleep like a baby on sauna nights.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Metabolism boost โ€“ Some studies say it can help with fat loss and endurance.
