I'd been in London on the Friday filming with Freddie Bangs for Grooby. I then had to drive home to pick up Lucie and onto Leeds for the Leeds Abbey dash on the Sunday night. We stayed in this place that night and planned to do some filming to offset the cost, but all the travelling meant that I was a bit too tired to do a great deal.
I've always looked at buying opportunities by questioning if I can make some money out of it but I need to balance up the opportunities that allow me to switch off and refresh much more.
5 or 6 months later I went on a diet and shifted about 10-14 lbs. For me I feel that it makes a big difference in how I look if I stay slim. It's how I like it but it ain't that easy at the age of 42 when your body is knackered from 31 years of competitive running.

Bank holiday weekend and we had just had the carpet fitted. Last day of the tour today but instead of seeing people I've spent most of my time doing admin stuff.
I had a response from a parking fine I got from when I stayed in Hull last month. They've reduced it from £60 to £20. They were politely told to send the bill to the hotel or completely forget it.The tour in Hull didn't go as planned and I only stayed 2 hours. It was clear that I wasn't wanted there! My advice to you all is do not use or see an hooker in a camponile hotel. Something apparently happened in Humberside and there's a police scheme where the hotels request everyone's details who visit the hotel. The hotel I stayed at took things a step further. My anxiety is playing up again today. You might think that a different mindset would brush it all away, but I have to stay away from caffeine and alcohol to get my levels down and clear this edgy feeling.
