The way that my air sits as I'm lying on the floor isn't a look that I like. Anyway, the shoot was about body positivity ie accepting everyone for who they are regardless of their figure. Lucie was criticised for being too thin and having eating disorders. She doesn't have a problem now but in the past she did. A few comments have started to appear on one of the girls posts who was on the opposite end of the scale as Lucie. As for me I've just got obscure responses which probably sums up the whole shoot. It's is worth noting though that these comments only came onto their facebook page. I've seen no negative comments on twitter or instagram.
Back at home from my visit to Czechia I was told to bring sports kit for the shoot as it revolved around Yoga. I considered this Russian outfit inappropriate for that day and ended up borrowing something else. I had my own stuff but I was told they couldn't show the Adidas logos. I'd heard about it before but I don't really know what the sports companies complain about. They make clothes for people to wear. What it to do with them what I do in it?
No make up day today. I find wearing it for too many days on the trot isn't that great for my skin. Besides, when you're sat at home low n energy there hardly seems much point until a guy phones at 5:35 pm and wants to see you and be on his way out of the town by 6pm. I had to tell him that I wouldn't even entertain his request to see me. Too many times I've got ready for them to cancel and it's easier not to try otherwise they'll just keep assuming that this is how I run my business. Not a problem when I'm on tour as I'm sat in a hotel ready and waiting to work. That's what I'm there for, but when I'm at home I can go upto 10 days without work. I'm currently on 11 days without work because of illness. It doesn't happen that much these day due to my increased marketing campaigns, but I still have to be prepared for no work, just like any other self employed person.
So what do I do when nobody comes to see me? Sometimes it's a matter of recovering from the work that I've done, building work on the house or more marketing work. Yesterday I was gardening and a few days ago I fitted a upvc door on the outbuilding I have which is being converted into an office.
