Took a small hike in my backyard after lunch. I love spring. It isn’t colourful, but it’s calm, and is a sign of rebirth. Even after facing crazy winter conditions, you can reset and flourish again. Thought you might enjoy some pictures of it. Love hearing the sound of water! 🥰💗 Spring is the only time I can go there, as when summer gets there, all the vegetation is way too high and it's hell to walk there and there's just way too much snow during winter. It's also where all the deers in my area hang out ;)
LAST chance while I'm sleeping tonight! Thank you to everyone who participated! I'll send everything tomorrow morning along with an extra surprise <3 You guys are amazing!

Tomorrow, I'll tackle one or two extra breathing / mindfulness posts and that will complete our breathing week :) Thank you to everyone who took time to read, comment, and like <3 You know, even if I'm talking and writing a lot about those techniques, it doesn't mean that I always master it (like today, if I had to pick an example lol) It's always a work in progress. But that's the cool thing. It's a practice. You don't have an endgame. It's something you integrate, you get better at, and evolve through it. Good night, lovelies!
Not the news I was expecting / or the one I wanted ... I may need even more breathing techniques until the end of the month now! LOL! More tests and hospitals visits in the next two weeks :/ Here are some boobs to lighten the mood up! Love you all!
How's everyone doing this afternoon? While I'm waiting in my car for my doctor's appointment (yes, no waiting room. I have to wait in the parking lot until they call me), I thought I could answer a question I've been asked a few times in the past week.
Why the fuck do you keep saying to breathe through my nose. For one, it's super helpful when you deepthroat. It also gets handy when you're getting fucked by a BBC while sucking off his best friend. You need all the help you can get from your nostrils. Now, you'll probably be like, "Yeah, ain't doing any of that, so fuck breathing through my nose." There are other benefits, DUH!
Let's start with the obvious and move on with "Oh fuck? DAMN Riley is turning my brain ON almost as much as she's doing it with my big chipmunk cock"
Breathing through your nose filters out dust and allergens and humidify the air you breathe in. This decreases the risk of bad breath and gum inflammation. Do you really want to have a stinky breath when you're about to kiss your Tinder date? You made all these efforts to resist the garlic bread, don't ruin it all with bad breath!
But that was something most of you already knew. Now, the mind-shattering kind of stuff! Get your pants back on, this won't make you cum. But it will turn on that sexy mind of yours!
Research has found that breathing through your mouth means that you miss out on much of the oxygen – up to 90 percent – your body needs to support your organs, tissues, and cells. SAY WHAAAAATTTTTT!!!!
Why do you need oxygen? (hum, to survive is a good answer, but let's be more specific LOL) Over long periods, living with reduced oxygen levels can leave you at risk of developing a severe illness or even a chronic health condition, such as heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetes. Who wants to end up with diabetes because they couldn't get oxygen while deepthroating, RIGHT? Try explaining that to your kids.
Now, let's dive a bit deep into the scientific stuff. Hey, Riley's Onlyfans isn't a dumb-ass brainless place. This isn't Big Brother Celebrity! We LEARN some real shit over here! Fucking and learning, the dream campus!
Breathing through your nose allows you to take deeper breaths and engages the lower lungs, which are responsible for pumping out more oxygen to the rest of your body. (mouth breathing = no lower lungs actions!)
Deeper breaths also mean that oxygen is in your lungs longer, and your body can convert more oxygen to carbon dioxide waste (btw, that's an excellent thing - we won't get into the why, take my word for it)
Breathing through the nose also has a calming effect (which you probably have noticed. All my breathing techniques were through the nose!) This is because the lower lungs contain the parasympathetic (calming) nerve receptors of the body. When these nerves are activated, they tell the brain to send calming hormones to battle stress.
When you breathe through your mouth, the body activates its sympathetic (stress) nerves. When these nerves turn on, they tell the brain to send the stress hormone cortisol and turn on the immune system and increase to prepare for an "attack." If you regularly breathe your mouth, your body believes it is under attack all of the time, leaving you with chronic, damaging inflammation.
Now, how many of you breathe through your nose at the gym? VERY FEW! Yet, this would be the best practice EVER as it would make it easier for your body to perform and recover. You can't go all out at first and breathe through the nose. It will be too hard. Try moderate exercise, and breathe through the nose. Then increase the intensity gradually. Basically, start with one cock until you go full-on gang bang mode!
Well, this is it for me. It's time to get some news from the doc. I'll take a deep breath and hope for the best! I can't control the news, but I can control my reaction!
Toodles!
Morning lovelies! Thanks to everyone who checked on me last night! My appointment is at 2:45 PM, so we won't know anything before then! Off to the shower...I'll try to stay distracted until then :) I might even do another breathing post <3 Hell, I could use some breathing myself haha!
Toodles!
Off to bed... Goodnight lovelies! Wish me luck for tomorrow... I have a stressful appointment with my doctor 🙏🏼 If you want to send me some good vibes tip to help me with my goal since I won’t have time to work as much... I’d really appreciate it! Every tip will be rewarded with amazing vids 💗💗💗
Hello, lovelies! You're probably wondering why I was asking my previous question. (you can see it in my earlier post today) Let me explain. We were all born to be to our most efficient form as belly breathers. Another sentence you probably never thought you'd read on Onlyfans, right? I mean, the only time you hear about breathing on Onlyfans is generally about how that chick can't breathe because she's stuffed like a rotisserie chicken with two cocks, a dragon dick, and the eggplant borrowed to her 3rd neighbor across the street.
Not here (this time, because as you know, I get stuffed a lot too from time to time LOL!) Back to our topic. The most efficient way to breathe is with your belly expanding. It starts in the nose and then moves to the stomach as your diaphragm contracts, the belly expands, and your lungs fill with air.
Now, I know that more than 60% of you (based on the poll) are about to yell "WTF, RILEY?!?! I haven't taken a single breath the right way in my entire life?" Hey, don't blame me! Blame all those gym coaches who only talk about muscles and fat loss, and forget to talk about the thing that keeps you alive: air!
Why is it so much better to breathe with the belly expanding, you may ask? I'll try to be as brief as possible (not my strong suit!). When you belly breathe, your belly expands because you send the air pressure of your breath down towards your feet. Ideally, that means that your diaphragm is engaging, pulling down, and creating a vacuum that pulls air into your lungs. This allows them to expand fully and gives you all the oxygen you need. Basically, this is a way to run your body at 100% capacity. You probably understood that contracting the belly when inhaling does the exact opposite.
"This is some fucking bullshit. Shut up, hot chick" might be your next thought. Well, first of all, thank you for calling me hot. Always a pleasure to hear it! Second of all, what if I'd tell you, "every time you walk, only use 50% of your legs." You heard me right, we'll just leave one leg acting like a limp dick following you around, and you can only use the other one. How stupid might you think that idea is, right? See where I'm going with that?
Do not worry. I was doing the same thing before, and it seemed SO counterintuitive. However, I started thinking about it a few times a day. Just doing it a minute or two. And after a month, I'm not thinking about it a single time anymore. My body is automatically set to breathe by expanding the belly. Yes, the body can adapt, even after 30+ years of doing it wrong. Why is it so easy to learn the good way? Because your body WILL feel better by doing so, and the body is a marvelous fucker who loves feeling better. He tends to learn quickly when it makes you feel good (I mean, how long did it take you to learn how to stroke your cock once you started doing it the first time?)
Why do some of us do it wrong, and some of us do it right? We were never teached how to breath. Hell, breathing should be a given for humans, right? You're born, you take a deep breath. No one tells you how. You just go with the flow and never look back on how you did it. To you, it's how it's done. Not because it's the right way. Just because it's the only way you know. BUT WAIT - if you have never been taught how to breathe, you probably haven't been taught how to stroke a cock. WHAT IF you haven't done it right either for the last 20 years???? I'm just messing with you LOL!
How can you improve belly breathing? Let me give you a quick exercise:
Sit or lie flat in a comfortable position.
Put one hand on your belly just below your ribs and the other hand on your chest.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, and let your belly push your hand out. ...
Breathe out through pursed lips as if you were whistling (the belly contracts)
Do this 5 to 10 times.
.
Well this is lovelies. Once again, I couldn't stop talking. Those fingers know how to type fast and how to finger some wet pussies... ;)
Back to work, I still have a long night ahead!
Toodles!
Let's do a quick test that will be related to tonight's breathing technique post. Take the deepest breath you have taken all day. What happens?
More to follow once we get 50 votes in.

There are some situations that we can't control, or that we can't change. No matter how bad we want it. However, always remember, that while you can't always control what's happening, you can always learn to control how you react to it. And that makes the whole difference in how you live and how you feel.
One of the biggest adult websites has selected a committee to try to improve the community / website / features, etc. and I've been asked to be part of it. Today, we have a survey to fill in. First question:
1. Age
18-21
22-24
25-27
28+
Damn, way to make me feel old! LOL I'm already in the + category hahahaha
Good morning lovelies! So, I've told you about my favorite breathing technique on Friday. Here's my second one: alternate nostril breathing. Don't judge it before trying it or even reading this!!!! I thought it was a weird as fuck practice as well. Although some of you have way more fucked up fetiches than a nostril breathing practice, LOL!
It's crazy to think that something as simple as that can improve our lives so dramatically. Yes, it looks stupid while you do it. Yes, it seems dumb. But I'm past the point where I care about what other people think. I'm at the point where I do things FOR ME and where I want to feel GOOD! If some easy breathing exercises can help, what's there to lose other than a few minutes per day? We're already losing all those minutes on social media, and none of those minutes improve our mood or bodies. The only downside compared to my ratio breathing, you can't do this while working out or driving! haha! Ok, how do you do that? SUPER EASY!
Place your left hand on your left knee.
Lift your right hand up toward your nose.
Exhale completely and then use your right thumb to close your right nostril.
Inhale through your left nostril and then close the left nostril with your fingers.
Open the right nostril and exhale through this side.
Inhale through the right nostril and then close this nostril.
Open the left nostril and exhale through the left side.
This is one cycle.
Continue for up to 5 minutes.
Always complete the practice by finishing with an exhale on the left side.
As I keep saying, breathing exercises are known to bring physiological and psychological benefits. But what about alternate nostril breathing specifically? There's some science to back it up, it's not coming from only some crazy old dude who had a cold and wanted to get some mucus out on the sidewalk on a fine Monday morning!
One study on healthy male subjects in 2011 showed a 6-week program of alternate nostril breathing, with no other interventions, increased lung capacity, reduced blo2od pressure, and heart rate. These results were confirmed when another author repeated the study in 2014.
A fascinating study on healthy engineering students in 2011 demonstrated how alternate nostril breathing can be used to improve academic performance. The students practiced the prānāyāma every evening after their classes for three months. At the end of the study they all reported improved feelings of well-being, better memory, stress relief, and enhanced physical relaxation.
More recently, scientists have even shown that it even makes a difference which nostril you start with. The first breath is usually through the left nostril, and this traditional variation has been shown to reduce heart rate and blo2od pressure while increasing reactivity. These physiological responses are the result of stimulating the parasympathetic or calming side of our bodies. Conversely, starting with the right nostril was shown to increase heart rate and blo2od pressure.
Well, I've talked enough for this morning! I'll try to bring out some more breathing information this week. Most of it, as usual, is information I've learned through reading, watching videos, and practicing myself.
Toodles!
Hello my FAVOURITE PEOPLE IN THE WHOLE WORLD! Yes, I'm talking to you guys with the Auto Renew/Auto Rebill at ON ;) Let's choose what you want me to send you for FREE in your DMs this week! You hold the power, use it wisely ;) Okay, off to finish my night in a good way (hopefully!) Toodles!
Most of us these days are living in a safe environment. We don't have to deal with life threatening situations as we did a thousand years ago. But even in our safety, many of us still live in a constant state of fear. Not the physical fear. More of a low grade psychological fear. A world of "what if" scenarios relentlessly racing through our minds. In our evolution as human beings, we have replace our physical fears with a new form that has its roots in our busy minds. It's often based on imaginary events that are no means certain. Yet, we react to them as if they were set in stone. That leads to a constant stress that can slowly kill you. And at the end of the day, most of those events won't even have happened. In those moments, I try to remember. Inhale. Exhale. 2 simple words.
Morning lovelies! Regarding my breathing ration posts, I've had a few messages asking me if you always had to truly count. You do and you don't. Let me explain. When you're new to this practice, you want to count to master the technique and do it the right way. Otherwise, if you just try to wing it, well that's simply called breathing! LOL But the more you do it, suddenly, your body will know exactly what is a 4 count or a 8 count inhale. It will just be an automatism. That's the cool thing about our bodies, they adapt, and they learn. It won't happen overnight or even in the first few weeks, but trust me, it will :) And counting isn't that bad either, it just grounds you in the present moment, always a good thing for focus and clarity :) Off to shower... another long day ahead!
Toodles!
