the idea of doing small exercises in the middle of the day many times has been great. i hope it works and i get healthy and strong :3

Also this week I want to make an appointment with the doctors in advance and hopefully I will finally go and get different aspects of my health checked out. it's important to get it done before I go back to thailand

I also want to share that yesterday every hour I got out of my chair or bed and did different exercises. at first the first hours my knees were crunching a lot but eventually by the evening my knees stopped crunching and stopped hurting :3 I did stretching, squats, push-ups and a bunch of other exercises during the day. it's much easier for me to do a little activity every hour than to do fitness for an hour. Hopefully I can do it for more than one day...

Hi! unfortunately yesterday I didn't go for a walk because the weather suddenly changed from good to rain (I love rain but it was a bit cold for a walk), but I thought about my life and then I cleaned my apartment, washed the surfaces thoroughly and today I just need to vacuum the floor and mop the floor.
I've been thinking a lot about my BMI and how quickly I get tired. My BMI = 15.8 and I have always understood that this is very low but now I have clearly realized that something needs to be changed. I've noticed a terrible trait in the way I communicate. Usually it doesn't happen to me often in English because I double-check what I wrote many times because I'm afraid of making a mistake, but I still make mistakes.
But my God... What happens to me in my native language and especially when communicating with my family is a nightmare.
What's going on?
Well. My thoughts and what I say/write sometimes have little to do with each other. I confuse words, the order of words, I combine several words into one word, sometimes I forget to say half a sentence, etc. I don't even notice it happening and then I feel sad that people don't understand what I'm saying to them. And then when I read what I've written, it's creepy that people communicate with me and see the horror that I write. But what's worse is that I'm not sure if I've said everything right when I'm talking in my voice because I can't check it because no one is recording it. Sometimes I hear that I said it backwards and I correct it immediately and sometimes I don't notice it
I also speak very fast, which causes even more mistakes, and I also read fast

My favorite meat is pork. But chicken is not bad either. I have never been a vegetarian and no amount of good ideas can change that.
And just in case... My least favorite meat is lamb. I will never eat it
Favorite fruit is the little known granadilla, it's a relative of the passion fruit.
A couple other fruits that I really like: I eat bananas all the time, and I also like to grate apples and eat them with sugar.
My favorite sauce is barbecue and tartar sauce
Favorite fish is salmon. And preferably in fresh form because this fish is perfect in flavor when it is fresh and not fried, etc.
I like green peas, beans, olives and pecans.
Favorite salad greens are Rocket and I forget what the other one is called....
oh man these are just some of the basic foods I like.... but I'm afraid you're getting tired of reading this.

Meanwhile I'm surprised that Nexon, the Korean company that made The First Descendant game, is showing itself to be a good company. This company has a very bad reputation and I had no hopes for their new game. TFD still has a lot of problems and not much content but... Have you ever seen a game developer for abusing some kind of broken content not give a ban and remove that content but say “oh yeah it's our mistake but if players like it so much we won't remove it and will make the rest of our content better, wait for an update”. Nexon reads what the players write and make changes to what does not suit the players. I was surprised. This is really what every company should do, but it's really rare at the moment.

I didn't expect this flight to be so hard for me.
I'm acclimatizing now and for some reason I couldn't sleep for more than an hour until the last night. I was waking up and waking up and my thoughts were more and more confused and I was very lethargic. but last night I was able to sleep for 4 hours and I am at least a little better. but to be honest right now I am sitting with absorbent cotton in my nose by I will break the rules if I write why. After flight I can still feel my whole body hurting but how happy I am to be able to sleep for those 4 hours.....
It's also very hard to get used to the fact that the humidity level here is much lower than in Thailand. My skin has always needed a lot of moisture so Thailand is the best remedy. I'll tell you a secret but a long time ago my doctor diagnosed me with ichthyosis and I moisturize my skin all the time. don't look for pictures on the internet, they are too creepy and don't match what it looks like on me. In thailand I don't use any medications or creams to moisturize at all, but anywhere else I have to take care of myself to keep my skin normal
Most likely now I'm getting some sleep after flying home and just resting but hopefully I'm home and everything went well...

I actually liked the game a lot but there are a hell of a lot of downsides and the biggest one for me right now is that for a mission that runs for 30 seconds max you have to wait for 5 minutes just because the private mode doesn't work properly and instead of it being a clean only your location you get a location that other players just left =/
I made a post about it in that sabreddit and there were more comments than upvotes because unfortunately not many people who are so hardcore are farming this right now and some people haven't gotten to this content yet so they think everything is fine. and some people came here too early so there were no other players and they didn't have time to experience the problem.
in general there is a small war between people who see the problem and those who are not affected by it for various reasons...

Oh my god it's 3 days till the flight.....
I flew on plane for the first time in 2019 and I have only flown on planes a total of 6 times. The first time the plane took off I was indescribably excited and every time this huge iron thing soars into the air and I find myself above the ground I am amazed at how amazing physics is. Isn't it a miracle? Schematics and blueprints and videos of airplanes are not at all perceived as spectacular as the feeling and personal realization of this magic. And then a long half day of sitting in an uncomfortable chair with tired legs haha.
I'm not afraid of the flight itself at all. I'm always afraid of organizational things like border control, fear of being late or losing my luggage etc
