How Often Should You Sauna be in the sauna 🧖🏻‍♀️ ? if you’re not hitting the sauna a few times a week, you’re seriously missing out. It feels sooo amazing, but the benefits go way beyond just that good sweat. 😮‍💨

I try to go in 3-4 times a week, usually after my workout sessions. You don’t need to overdo it 15 to 20 minutes per session is plenty. Just enough to get a good sweat going and let your body relax. So i wanted to share my obsession with you guys and my reasons:🥰 ⬇️
