Good morning ☀️ This might sound a little random but i got asked if i workout my calves and I do!! 😆💪🏼 So I wanted to share a great calf workout that I love (and YES calves matter) lol I used to ignore them and wonder why my legs looked kinda unfinished 😭 now they’re part of my regular leg day, no questions asked.

My fav go to calf moves that actually help⬇️

💪🏼Standing Calf Raises (Weighted or Bodyweight)

I’ll hold a barbell or dumbbells and do 4 sets of 15–20 reps. Go slow, squeeze at the top, and don’t cheat the stretch at the bottom 👌🏼

💪🏼Seated Calf Raises

Targets the muscle that gives your calves that width. I’ll usually throw this in after standing raises same 4 sets, 15–20 reps. It burns so good I love it.

💪🏼Single Leg Calf Raises

I do these with just bodyweight or light dumbbells, usually at the end of my workout as a burnout. 3 sets of 10–12 per leg. Helps fix imbalances

Don’t rush calf training!! Slow tempo and using full range of motion is everything. Also try training them 2-3 times a week they recover fast.
