

Having a strong core will ensure that you have a much better delivery of your strikes which is very important during fights. The core is actually your body's main source of power, unfortunately being strong in your arms isn’t enough to ensure you will have great punches and being strong in the legs won’t mean your kicks will be great. All though it will be helpful to be strong all over your body will be helpful all together make sure you’re especially not neglecting your core and work out those abs ! 💪🏼
