

The week is more than half way over and i’m almost done with my goals so I wanted to give you guys a quick update and share my list. 🥰 so far i have completing 3 strength sessions upper and lower body, complete 150 minutes of cardio, incorporate yoga into my routine at least 3 times, drinking 2-3 liters of water everyday and getting at least 7-8 hours of proper sleep every night!! I’d love to know what your goals were.
