Hoping that one day, I can move, workout, do yoga, and film myself, without a care in the world about the camera. Just me doin my thang : )
I am passionate about mobility, movement and fitness. But i enjoy doing it in my own "bubble world" lol. It's my me time. But i recognize it's something I do almost daily. So if I can find a way to share that fitness practice, I think that would be great!
But still learning how to show up for content, and letting go of MY expectations or desires for perfection.
If i'm going to flow like nobody's business on my yoga mat, or lift weights like I normally do, to add a camera into the mix.. it can add extra stress. And i don't want that!
So my goal, like people say, to dance like no one is watching... I want to be able to share, move, yoga, workout, with camera, and have it not feel different than how I feel when I exercise alone!
How will I accomplish this? idk. keep trying I guess!
Idk why I imagine that the people who see my content will want everything perfect or be so critical. or why I feel like I'm fighting something when I film. Fighting to be productive, or perfect, to go fast, to get the shot.
Making content on your own is tough because you do have to do EVERY thing. But I want it to feel easier, and to care less. Experiment, make mistakes. Forget that the camera is there and just do my thing. ðĨ Even if people don't like it...
