I get asked a lot about my gym stuff on here since I’ve been posting on Instagram stories that I go to the gym so just a little update for everyone who cares 😂 I have a online coach & she put me on a bulk from November to Mid February obviously I was nervous about this as I have to be infront of a camera a lot for this job! Luckily in the bulk my ass has grown which was one of the main goals😍 & now I’m around 5 weeks into a 12-16 week cut/fat loss phase, ready to be leaner for summer & I’m way stronger than I was before my bulk too which I like! It was hard bulking and still having to film but I’m seeing some results from the cut I’m in now I’m feeling a lot better about filming and being infront of a camera so there will be loads more videos again!😘
I’m currently in the gym 3-5x days a week & getting 10-12k steps a day in so a bit exhausting, I usually have a little nap before I come online in the evenings and chat
