I used just fatty cream to make it. I love these shakes but unfortunately gainers don't last long with the amount of powder I give.🥵🥵🥵

I finally have electricity and heating. It's a good thing I have a few kilos more than a normal person, so I didn't freeze. The fat warmed me up, especially the one on my tummy. As you can see, the extra kilos don't just arrive, they also come in handy for something.❤️❤️
