Well good news. The doctor said I just dislocated my knee. Nothing is torn. I just have to wear my brace for 4 more weeks. He also said I can start working out whenever I'm comfortable . I will be maje content soon.

For those people that don't know I messed up my knee on Wednesday and I'm using crutches. Until I can go to the Doctor. I think I just dislocated my knee really badly, but I will find out on the 23rd what actually happened.
