With the amount of travel I’ve done this past month, I have not been able to stay on top of my fitness routine. Luckily I do have pretty good muscle memory and I can get my gains back after just a couple of gym sessions and healthy meals. I believe all of us have that ability within our bodies. We only have to give our bodies the opportunity to heal. 🥰
