This Australian barista I watched on YouTube said to pour half of the steamed milk out into a second pitcher right away after steaming (before even wiping the steam wand) so both pitchers have the same amount of foam for pouring art. Eh idk i still feel like the second pitcher has less foam.

Anyway I got a new hat to hide my horrible bed head hahahahhaa do u like it DADDY? 👀
