11.08.23—Class Update Before my mermaid sea salt bath—update on my first time teaching yoga in 5 years! It was amazing for the morning class, and I will have to work on building the evening class. I worked so hard to prepare for the class and ended up having to improvise after leaving my cheat sheet at home. But I totally rocked it! It feels amazing to be back at it. So, shopping was probably not the best thing to do after losing my job—and while trying to be frugal—but here we are—trying on the things I bought to make myself feel better! It’s sad how retail therapy really does work sometimes. Don’t judge me. 🫣 I left the tags on everything because if I didn’t like anything, I was going to return it! That’s all part of the frugality.
