2024-02-26 04:44:46 +0000 UTC View Postday 5/30 some gainer math: at 530 calories a pop, drinking 6-8 boosts a day is about an extra 3180-4240 calories. in 30 days, that’s about 95,400-127,200 calories. a pound of fat is about 3500 calories. not taking into account how many calories it takes for me to just maintain my weight, i *could* gain around 27-36lbs at the end of these 30 days from boost alone
