I have decided to discontinue lots of my videos and photos after this month! as lockdown in the UK is easing and we have more freedom to almost everything in april ive decided to book multiple online classes this month to help me journal and reflect on the impacts of lockdown 🤗 ✨ sharing this in case anyone else might need to do the same ✨ there are yoga studios, facebook groups and festivals all over the U.K. currently offering free or low priced online classes this month i feel if we have space to do so we should take these opportunities whilst we can as there may never be this much free online support again! plus if we’re feeling shy we can always sit with our microphone and camera off the whole time like a fly on the wall 😉 🧡
