lockdown is easing (again) here in england on monday! • ver..

lockdown is easing (again) here in england on monday! • very excited to be able to go to the gym and stay in airbnb’s again... although it looks like all the good airbnb’s were booked up immediately 😅 • when i landed in london in march 2020 after a panic flight home i thought the restrictions would be over in 3 months like so many others did. i imagined my winter would be spent back with my friends in australia having bbqs at the beach! 😍 • so when that didn’t happen and we went back into strict lockdown last november i began to find it very hard to stay motivated! i ended up finding the most comfort in food. shopping, cooking and eating food has been a huge comfort to me during the isolation but the weight gain from an added lack of movement has made it harder for me to create 📸 • one of my priorities now is to get my body moving! go out walking when the sun is shining and bedroom dance or go to the gym when it isn’t. who can relate? • very much looking forward to the world shifting out of this traumatic experiencing and helping each other heal ☀️
