Fun fact, I bought this sweatshirt when I was in HS and I was so in love with it. The very first day I ever wore it, I slipped while walking in the hallway ant school and cartoon style, my whole body flew up in the air, feet first and I landed smack on my back. I hit the back of my head and right elbow hard on the floor. I was so embarrassed, I got up and tried to walk it off but everyone (a big crowd of populars) who saw it were worried about my head because it made a loud crack when I landed. I quickly realized I was dripping a big trail of red behind me which turned out to be my elbow, not my head. I was more devastated to have ruined this hoodie the very first time I got to wear it than I was over the ten stitches I ended up needing in my elbow 🤣 Now this sweater has denim elbow patches sewn on because I ruined it day one.

My posts today were kind of all over the place 🤣🤣🤣 but that was my day. I’m so tired from dragging brush from every corner of my property into a big burn pile for hours but I also feel sooooo good. Just happy. I feel productive, I moved my body, I touched the earth and I was outside. So much happiness and peace in my heart right now.

I’ve had such a busy yet not busy day. I had a 2 hour therap..

I’ve had such a busy yet not busy day. I had a 2 hour therapy session earlier and now I need to get out for a walk 😅 I think that will reset me. I know it’s taboo to share “bad,” things on here but I do anyway because I’m a real person and I like to be authentic even in this space. I’m starting another round of intensive therapy for my PTSD. I’ve done a few rounds of CPT and years of talk therapy and was even inpatient for a few months last year but this will be my first round of PE. I’m really excited and optimistic about it actually! I’m such a logic minded and intellectual human and I often have trouble engaging with the more emotional side of things and I’m hoping this will help me process the trauma in a more somatic way. Anyway, no need to treat me any different or feel bad, I’m just sharing because I’m genuinely excited to keep working on myself and I hope it gives anyone of you who might be struggling some hope or inspiration or a sense of connection ✨

I had a really successful OF creator tell me about a year ago that sub don't usually swipe through photos so only post one at a time. I find that hard to believe but who knows, I'm a creator and I'm super curious and my brain works however it does. So tell me, as subscriber do you always look to see if there's more than one photo/media in a post or do you just see the one thats right there and continue scrolling?
