2020-10-02 15:17:25 +0000 UTC View PostGym Workout #2 (LEG DAY- DUMBBELLS) Workout only takes about 40 minutes to complete. After my standard warm-up, I do: 4 sets of dumbbell squats (12, 10, 7, 7); 3 sets of dumbbell lunges (10, 10, 10); 3 sets of kettlebell swings (20, 20, 20). All of these exercises are COMPOUND lifts, meaning they require the use of many muscles to complete. Typically when I workout at the gym, I do 90% compound lifts, and 10% isolation exercises. (Also, I know the date is wrong - 10/06/2020 - because I was originally planning to wait until then to upload, but decided to front-load a little more video content on this page ASAP. Next video is a diet video! :)

We'll combine both anaerobic and aerobic exercise movements to give your heart and spirit a boost! You'll feel great the rest of the day after doing this BRIEF but EFFECTIVE at-home workout.
