An update as I’ve got a few messages but I do not have the energy to reply 😔. I’m unable to sit up or stand up straight because of the pain so I’m laid flat and sleeping as much as possible. I look like the hunchback of Notre Dame when I attempt to get out of bed. Yesterday was my last dose of antibiotics so I’m hoping in the next few days I’ll feel better! I appreciate every message so much, really can’t thank you guys enough for checking up on me!

Today was glute day - my favourite workout day! Second video is of one of the most awkward workouts to do in a busy gym - frog pumps 😅 then last video, legit so simple but real difficult! Fun fact about me - I have knockknees, which means they point inward. So my balance is never right and I can look a little awkward doing exercises that are ‘easy’ but we getting there 💪🏻 Hope you don’t mind me sharing random daily extras! My life consists of - workouts, cam, eating and bedtime yoga and so with all this extra time I figured you guys might wanna see more of my day to day stuff 🥰
