The 10 day FEEL STRONGER LOOK BETTER workout challenge!
let’s stick to our workout goals together, it always helps having others motivate me so let’s do this together!!
Here’s what the challenge will include:
1) I will send you a private body update everyday of how my progress is coming along
2) I’ll update you daily on what I’ve done and show you what I ate at every meal
3) I’ll give you workout advice and ideas
4) I’ll be happy to assist with any food advice you’d like or take a look at what you eat
5) measurement at the end and beginning of challenge on my part (and yours if you’d like)
How to succeed at the challenge:
1) Be active for at least 1 hour a day, can be at home or the gym, even a walk as long as you’re moving more than normal you’re doing it right.
2) Make an effort to eat healthier foods. We can discuss what that means privately.
WHOEVER HAS THE BEST MEASUREMENTS IMPROVEMENT IN THE END GETS A SEXY BODY UPDATE AS A REWARD!
