Please keep your unkind comments to yourself about my situation as I’m very distressed 😐 nothing I do in travel is done on a whim but I aren’t able to make all the decisions, you can do everything right and still end up in shit situations ☹️

Sadly I have been stuck in confinement in Hong Kong for the next week. I am not allowed out of my room for any reason at all and am so depressed. Upon landing, my friend tested positive for COVID (negative before the flight) and we’re taken away to an isolation facility. I was allowed to stay in confinement to my room, although I continue to be completely negative. I’ve been fairly hysterical, it’s very backwards here after so many years of COVID, but I can do nothing. Booking a flight home has never been so tempting
