Trying to find new ways to love my new body is so hard. I canāt wait to get back into the gym with a trainer. If you know me and have been here a while, I used to go all the time and had a trainer. I lost 30lbs in 3 months and it really really helped me in more ways than one. Since having my last delivery itās been really hard to see my body change and not fit into my favorite clothes anymore. But one step at a time. šš¤
