Despite the fact they only stay on my wall one day, I’m personally not feeling aligned with them. I will however honour the arrangements I have in place so they’ll still be around a few more weeks, but I’m focussed on offering a better user experience, even if it means less growth here ♥️ I *may on occasion bring you someone I feel will be of genuine interest, and introduce people I personally admire in the industry. The reality of this is it’ll be extremely infrequently. Likely less then once every few months. To everyone who has stuck by me during the time I’ve been finding my feet here, and as I continue to do so, I hope you see my style finally coming through. I feel more settled than ever, I feel stronger than ever here, and I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart for your endless patience whilst I discover, evolve and learn the ropes. I plan to continue offering more direct to my wall - in particular as I grow ♥️ I can’t express enough how much you being here means to me - and the most important aspect of this (to me) is the connections I make with you.

It feels like the month for ghost stories and gothic thrillers 🖤 I’ve been so drawn into the world of Wuthering Heights since I was reminded of it when I mentioned it here. I’m surrounded by the land that inspired it. It’s been a long time since I immersed in that world and as the seasons change so does this place. Dark, bleak, turbulent and beautiful all at once. “I knew no living thing in flesh and bl00d was by; but, as certainly as you perceive the approach to some substantial body in the dark, though it cannot be discerned, so certainly I felt that Cathy was there: not under me, but on the earth.” Emily Bronte, Wuthering Heights (also I find it kinda crazy OF won’t let me write bl00d 🙄 Especially in October!)

I live on the doorstep of Bronte country. The environment around me is dramatic and beautiful but as autumn comes in, is known to be bleak. If you’ve never read any Bronte (think Wuthering Heights & Jane Eyre), I recommend them for a good, cozy winter read - as haunting and cold but as beautiful as the moorland setting they are based in. This photo was taken in the pouring rain and fog, the weather is turning right now. I felt like a pale ghost on the moors 💙
