Wow it's fuckin early to hit legs and abs. Did a complete leg workout, but focus was mainly on the glutes. The ab work was actually between the different leg exercises to give them a slight rest period. You can hear hubby's heavy breathing in these damn masks and if you look closely at my eyes you can see the look of sheer exhaustion. It felt like t0rture, In hated every minute of it, but it makes the finish line so much sweeter! My husband taught me this, "Do something that sucks every single day. This will prepare your body and more importantly your mind for whatever bullshit life has to throw at you. Do the shitty thing as early as you can so the rest of the day is a breeze." It's because of that I stay so positive all the time. 😁💯

This back workout was fuckn intense. Now mandated to wear a mask at all times during a workout, we said fuck it and bought some altitude/elevation masks to make shit even harder. These restrict the airflow and oxygen intake making your lungs work twice as hard. While strengthening your lungs your f0rced to continue your workout despite lack of air intake. This just doubled the intensity, but I love it. This was actually only about a third to half of all the exercises I did. Then instead of walking, running, or StairMaster, we opted for the rope trainer. Another form of cardio while further exhausting the already worked back muscles. We did alternating 1 minute bouts until completely spent. Despite only a few hours of sleep we do what needs to be done. We get asked a lot on how we keep motivation. After 20 years of lifting that motivation is long gone. Now it's all about passion and extreme discipline. Tired, in pain, sick, there are NO EXCUSES at this point. Straight drive and discipline 💪🏽💯
