BUT, being that this is my passion I felt compelled to post a workout video 🏋🏻‍♀️ I’m back to lifting heavier than I have in years. I can’t explain why I quite lifting heavy either; it wasn’t laziness, or boredom of the sport, or “no time.” I guess sometimes life just has a way steering you off track a bit at times.
Anyhow, heavy is what works for me to get the results I want. That, and extra cardio 🏃🏻‍♀️ This workout up above was an awesome back day! For those on, or starting a exercise plan….keep at it. That’s the hardest, yet most important part, staying consistent, day in, day out.
