Hello, hello my loves π₯° It's been a minute since I've stopped and chatted. A lot going on these days, so I'm here to lay it out. Feel free to ask any questions about anything βΊοΈ Thank you all again for the love and support π My VIP page β‘οΈ @queenkarma69
Heavy on the back, lighter on the glute work. Up until 2 yrs ago my/our goal was to get as big as possible. To compete on stage and earn our pro card. After a hospital scare my husband had, followed by the pandemic, showed us that's not where we REALLY want to be. On stage yes, that would be awesome, but the toll on physical body isn't worth the extra weight, in both muscle, and extra weight being pushed day in, day out. These days it's all about overall health and fitness. My husband uses the term, "Now we're training for life." π€ I questioned that, "What do you mean LIFE?"
Being healthy is no secret that it benefits you in many ways, but building the discipline and mindset to take on life's challenges and storms head on and come out a stronger person is something else. Changing the mind is much harder than changing the body. If you can callous your mind and build a strong mindset, AND be physically fit, the combination of the two can be life saving. With the uncertainty of this country, and well the whole world you never know what you're guna up against.

Excuse my cool hair π Not impressing anyone . 1 hour cardio, fast paced walking at an incline with a 20lb weight vest on in 100+ degree garage π₯π₯΅π₯ Exhausting, hot, and miserable are three words to describe this time period.
Grumpy session today at the gym π‘ One of those days I guess. Last thing I wanted to do was work on abs and glutes π Hell, last thing I wanted was workout period, but you know what? That inner voice telling you to stay home, stay in bed, etc. You tell that inner voice "Fuck That" π€¬ and you do it anyways! That decision made me feel better in the end π₯° Having that kind of discipline isn't easy, and usually not fun, but so worth it! π―
Discipline will take you places you've never been. I don't always enjoy working out, I'd be liar if I said I did. We all have those days, BUT I love the results workouts give me. The way I look and feel, it's priceless. Knowing I have a better body, feel better and am in better health than some women half my age....you can't beat that feeling. I couldn't say that without discipline π― Cable cruncfor the upper abs, and hangin leg raises, which will focus mainly on the lower abs, but really a complete abdominal/core workout. One of the best core exercises in my opinion π
I make time for fun every now n then, but one thing that's a MUST, a PRIORITY...is my gym time πͺπ½ Everyone has their "shoulds" and their "musts" π€ health and wellness is a must in my eyes. Seems like only time people worry about health is when they're in the hospital π The difference between a health professional like myself and a doctor, is I do preventative maintenance and overall health care in the most natural ways/forms possible. A doctor will diagnose a symptom or illness and prescribe something to mask or temporarily cure a problem, with the exceptions of surgical procedures of course. 2 yrs ago my husband was diagnosed with high bl00d pressure, he was astounded being as fit as he was. The Drs wanted to prescribe bl00d pressure medication. At the same time my best friend was told the same thing. Husband chose HIS way, the HARD way, and cured the problem. His bl00d pressure is perfect now. My best friend doubted us, went with the Drs orders, AND STILL is paying an arm and a leg for her meds, which only fixes the problem only while taking them. Granted there are exceptions; overall health, age, past surgeries etc can all play a factor. My advice, do it the hard way, fix/cure the problem if you can. Don't take the easy way and mask the issue that will continue to haunt you til your last days.
Back from Cali and back at my home away from home ππ»ββοΈ Focus was mainly on back and triceps, but threw in some shoulder and ab work as well (I'll be posting that later). Felt good putting in a complete 2 hrs just lifting weights. Lately I've been breaking in down into lifting and cardio is same session. But now that I bought a treadmill I can do cardio at home giving me more time to focus on weights at the gym πͺπ½
Wish I could show y'all some actual pics, but this coaster was the most fun for everyone! Everyone but our 7 yr old, who would've ridden it but a bit too short yet. This was hubby and daughter in the front seat of this particular video. Jared, (my husband) always has to pick the absolute front. Called The Xcelerator, 0-82 mph in 2 seconds or something, with a height of 203 feet. Fun times π’π
Ass n Pussy....it's whats for dinner π You wanna taste this don't you? π€€ My VIP Page is a must see if you kike this π You can practically see inside my holes the pics are so good π Head over to β‘οΈ @queenkarma69
