3x10 kickbacks increasing weight each time 3x10 leg press increasing weight (push through with heels to target glutes) 3x10 goodmornings (go light in weight but stay slow and controlled) elevate your heels on a 5 or 10 lbs weight :) 3x10 squats (push through with heels but keep toes grounded) 3x10 reverse leg press (go as low as you can to target hamstrings and glutes) 3x10 deadlifts (start small and work your way up to a heavier weight. Stand on elivation to increase glute activation) DM me for questions
