This video started out with me getting ready for work, then I mentioned an article I had read and how the comments bothered me. That lead to my reflections below….
A couple days ago I clicked on an article about a few girls on OnlyFans. The article was talking about how the girls had made a significant amount of money here, sharing content about their lives. The article spoke of their talents and what they shared with their fans who obviously adore them and the life they have created. I finished the article feeling proud of the ladies. I could even relate on a very small scale to the satisfactory feeling that has come with my little bit of success since becoming active on my page a few short months ago, but that’s not where this post ends. The next thing I did was click to read the comments.
The disturbing misconceptions, hate filled speech, and unfair assumptions about these creator’s character, intent, and content in the lines beneath the article shifted my feelings of pride for the girls to feelings of rage, frustration, and bitterness towards the self righteous haters leaving visual proof of verbal abuse publicly smeared below their hidden identities. Their textbook definitions of what defines a decent human simultaneously exemplified their disqualification as one with their post as another of their nominal contributions to the world.
While some creators choose to share intimate areas of their life that could be outside of what is socially accepted, they do so within the bounds of their page where it must be sought out, often behind a paywall in an effort to protect against inappropriate exposures.
Many creators do not share more than everyday content suitable for audiences of any age and remain completely neutral amongst controversial topics.
The bottom line is that behind the profiles of the entertainers discussed were real human women. Women who have at times opened up about their personal life and emotions, they have shared vulnerabilities, goals, and desires. They have worked incredibly hard to earn the respect, to maintain the interest, and have been paid voluntarily by their fans for the products to fairly produce their self generated income. Before we clump everyone together in this place as a hopelessly lost, indecent and uneducated, incapable person let’s consider that maybe they are more than what you see and what they offer, more than their sexuality, which is and will forever be a part of any human existence.
It’s taken me a long time and a lot of work to become comfortable in and with my body. I’m still a work in progress, but coming here has only further convinced me that I am beautiful, visually and spiritually. I currently have a free page so I attract some of the haters and the curious, but I hope they find this message and my page helps prove that @onlyfans is better than the comments people share below the articles. There are some amazing people who exist here as creators and fans. Let’s bring more attention to that…💜
The other thing I should mention here is that some of the people I work for, I know they would judge me harshly for being here and that makes it even harder to work alongside of them. It’s hard to only have a small slice of time to give to something that seems to appreciate me so much more … thank you to all of my fans who make me feel this way and for making this place what it is. The comments aren’t always right and they aren’t always worth reading.

Some days we need to just take a little time for ourselves to do whatever it is that makes us feel alive. Life is demanding and if we aren’t careful those demands can spiral out of control, consuming who we are. Taking time to breathe, stepping away from stress, and reflecting on what makes your life worth living is a noteworthy part of our process that deserves cognitive experiences.
Today I’m whispering a reminder to find time outside of work for the things you work for, for whatever it is that makes you exist with synergy. For me, I work hard so I can live synergistically amongst some of the most majestic animals in the world. 💙 What is it that you work for and love that gives your life the bit of extra that transforms ordinary into extraordinary? 💜

Ever find yourself thinking about things that others wouldn’t worry about? Why can’t my brain just be content with the idea that Thanksgiving is just a day to eat good food, voice why we are thankful, gather with some of the ones we love, and have a day off of work (if we’re lucky). It should come as no surprise that my brain wanted more and in a world of abundant access to knowledge, I was able to appease this organ of mine.
Turns out Thanksgiving was designated as a holiday in 1789 with the intent of people given a day to acknowledge and appreciate the opportunities our country gives us to obtain temporal prosperity. The pilgrims celebrated their harvest on the first Thanksgiving and all that they had grown.
Today I’m thankful for who I am, where I am, and for my courage to share a little bit of all of that with you all. I’m far from perfect and I’ve taken my share of missteps in life, but I’ve been humbled here with kindness, support, and love. Thank you all for being a fan of mine 🧡🦃🤎

Tonight I couldn’t resist sharing these because the farm got some rain and what a glorious Fall morning it was … I love the neutral tones of Fall under the golden sunlight. It was so refreshing seeing everything shine again after the dust was rinsed away by the rain.
Smiles come a little easier when the farm thrives after rain. Taking time to marvel at nature and the blessings from our ever changing seasons is marvelous. 🍂 🧡🤎💛❤️🍁

Similarly, preparing for the night is important too. Planning for an appropriate amount of sleep is vital for your mental and physical well being. In order to rest easy for an ideal 7 hour period (minimum) be sure you are also setting aside time for exercise. During the day it is recommended to dedicate 45 min to an hour doing moderate intensity physical activity.
Sometimes I get my physical activities done at the gym, but other times I put it off until right before bed.
These pics show the end of my day. They could possibly assist with some physical activity for some of my fans if anyone is still in need of meeting this requirement tonight. 🤭🤍 Only clean boots are allowed on my bed … dirty boots better come off by the door! 😉

Sometimes I take time to fix my hair, but on rainy days like today I walk outside and wonder why I bothered. Truth is getting ready for the day and taking time to get ready is a habit of many successful people. Time spent preparing yourself for the day is proven to make the majority of people feel better and be more productive. It helps me get more positive attention and I always enjoy that too 🩷🤍
I’m thankful for my fans and how they make me feel. I want to be somebody that others want to be like. Preparing for each day helps me accomplish that … even when the clouds rains on me 🌧️
The skies are a little dark and the farm needs rain… the pastures are dry and dusty, but the contrast of Fall colors glowing beneath the filtered sun shaded in the sky makes for a beautiful sight on this Monday morning. Never mind me blocking part of the view in the locked photos … 🩵
Making a conscious effort to smile on a Monday morning helps the week start a little better, feel more joyful, and sets a precedent for happiness … smiles are contagious … let’s spread something worth sharing. 😘
Horses Taught Me…..
We are so small in this great big world, but to each other we are the world. The famous quote that goes something like that is an important reminder that we all matter to what exists right around us. We can and do make a difference to those we touch and influence with our good. Let’s not forget how great a tiny thing can be or how big it can feel to those they love and who love them back.

Morning stretches and head stands make getting ready for work a little more interesting and fun. 💜 I bet the people who see me at work today would never guess I was on my head in my undies just a few hours ago. 😝 🤭
As I've started to focus on training for long distance runs I have become more aware about the needs of my body. I want to learn more about how to best and most efficiently train for a half marathon with an end goal of completing a full marathon. 🏃♀️
I am no expert in running and not a cardio specialist, but I believe when considering cardio fitness it is important to be aware of your heart rate. The duration and degree of elevation are factors to be considered with cardiac output. Heart rate zones range from 1-5. For the last few months I had incorrectly assumed that running harder and faster must always be better than slow and steady. Turns out that a slow and steady approach is more ideal ... a story about a tortoise 🐢 and a hare 🐇 comes to mind. To be fair maybe that rabbit had optimal cardio health and just needed to be more focused?!
From what I have discovered, it seems for endurance training it is best to spend 80% of your time in zones 1-2 and only 20% in zones 3-5. It is also soooo hard to slow down and make yourself stay in zone 2 when it doesn't necessarily feel hard to maintain pace in zones 3 and 4. Training your heart to keep up with an overachiever's drive is a step that shouldn't be skipped. I only have one ❤️ so I'm going to try to take good care of it and be cognizant of these zones. 🥰
Life had not been allowing for much climbing for me for a few weeks, but today I made it back to the gym 🙌🏻While I was there I found a smile for all of my favorite @onlyfans peeps. Have I mentioned lately how climbing serves as a great full body workout. Variables including wall height, angle, pitch, types of holds, and style of climb, all factor into the level of climb being pursued. Body positioning, body tension, proper sequence for your hands and feet, techniques on how to grip holds, finger placement, clothing, gear, fingernail length, and so much more goes into each climb, especially as the difficulty increases.

Maybe I’m a hopeless dreamer with endless philosophical views and an unrealistic hope of a life unimaginable, but the more I dream and the harder I work the more I see realized day by day. One of the largest factors of life that none of us knows is how many days we will have. I might have less and you more or me more and you less. Isn’t it ponderous how life is full of daydreams and unspecified details like that …
My phone made a video for me of the past few years. As I sat and watched my phone scroll through the photos of my recently past life with the carefully selected music playing on my feelings, it made me stop for a minute. The images served as a visualize record of how quickly and how greatly my life has changed over these past few years. I saw memories that made me laugh, several that made me smile, a few caused some longing to go back in time, but more than I’d like caused painful feelings of loss and accompanying sadness. Hurt and loss will undoubtedly be a part of all of our stories, but without them there would no opposing joy and gain.
I would bet almost everyone here would have the same mixed feelings if they reviewed how things have changed for them over the same timeframe. For me, the video served as an urgent and stately example of why right now is the best time to chase your dreams harder than you’ve ever chased, visit the places that you’ve always wanted to visit, spend some time making memories you’ll enjoy reviewing, and shift your way of life into something worth reminiscing on three years from now, if we are some of the ones still here when those days become the now.
Work is necessary for most of us, but it shouldn’t be the definition of our life. Health is largely genetic, but we can help or hinder our body’s unique compositions. Emotions are dictated by our mind and we have the freedom to choose what we read, what we watch, what we think about, what we speak, what we share, what we do, and where we place ourselves.

I love grounding after a post run endorphin release … the feel of the earth spinning below me, the charge of the ground re-energizing my muscles after work, and the fresh air on my skin. This is good stuff! 🌎
I have been at a work function all weekend. It has meant a lot of sitting still and socializing, which are not on my list of favorite things to do. I struggle with being at ease in large groups, find it harder to breathe within the confines of heavily populated buildings, and I feel awkward in big cities. However, once I’m talking one on one with others who share similar views, passions, and ethics, then I can feel myself relax a little. I have been out of an academic setting for over a decade, but conferences are back in full swing now that COVID
has quieted down, which means live events have put me back in the room with other like minded colleagues of mine.
I’ve found that it is inspiring to be around other intelligent people who have dedicated their life to the study of xyz (name your topic). I love to observe and study habits and routines of some of the most successful people who surround me. I’ve come to the conclusion that they are go-getters, they dive into questions seeking a greater knowledge and understanding, they push back when people say something can’t be done, and they strive to find these solutions with the end goal of helping others … other people, other creatures, other cultures, pubic health, the environment, and the earth. They run… not in the physical sense… but figuratively, at life, into their dreams, into challenges, and press down the path of self fulfillment, personal gain, and progress forward.
Some self reflection has made me realize I’ve always been a runner in a sense. Running from here to there, always filling my time with duties and responsibilities, working to be the best I can be at each endeavor I choose to invest with my time. It wasn’t until about 4 months ago, but I have started literally running too. I find that instead of making me run out of breath, running gives me time to focus only on breathing. The full expansion of my lungs, the feeling of engaged muscles, and the reward of an endorphin release after each run earns me a physical form of success different from the more traditionally defined form described above. The mix of the two, traditional and physical success, now appeals to me as a powerful combination that I’m ready to run down next.
The plank challenge isn’t over, but I have committed to my next personal training goal for Spring of 2024! When I get quiet I have not gone… I have just been working behind the scenes on the next big thing. Gotta run, let’s go! 🏃♀️

When I’m not working, I make a valid effort to take what time I do have off to make it count! For all of O’s fans you should know he was a rock star as usual this past weekend. He carried me around my courses and did his job beautifully. May we all find (more) time for whatever it is that allows us catch our breath in the midst of life. There’s a myth that when your horse gets tangles in their mane it’s because fairies visited in the night. The knots result during the escapade and are the only evidence left by the fairies. Sometimes fairies of the night visit my farm too 😍
