Fairly new to this shizzle. I'm a sweaty mess at the end but I persist...Alot and I go at my pace. I only focus on what I'm doing as this is MY race. (OK I did peek at the guy next to me as I was plodding away and I could feel the judgements run down my brain much like the sweat which was on display.)

I've always loved fitness. Never been the best at anything in particular but always open minded and give anything ago. Boxing is refreshing and I enjoy it. I feel the burn and the excitement. I like the mental aspect and the drive and changes my body is going through.
Moving the body is uber jolly important. I won't repeat that phrase.
We are all on our amazing sometimes fuc×Ed up journey.

The solar plexus — also called the celiac plexus — is a complex system of radiating nerves and ganglia. It's found in the pit of the stomach in front of the aorta. It's part of the sympathetic nervous system.
With your right hand, gently place your index, middle and ring finger on the hollow at the top of your stomach between your ribs. Create some pressure and make small clockwise circles. This will release any tension stored in your solar plexus - a complex network of nerves located in the abdomen
Take your time with these exercises. Do a little bit every day! 🍵
