This will be my first time doing plant medicine. I will definitely let you all know how it goes and will try to do a video and journal/write after each ceremony (there’s 4 ceremonies). I posted a video about Ayahuasca about a month ago on here (scroll down). At the end of the video they talk about the retreat that I’m going to. I won’t be on this site much (maybe not at all). I found out today that my Playboy spread is suppose to run on their IG (@playboy) and on Playboy.com/bunnies on June 29th. Not a big deal really, but still cool. These are out takes from the shoot. Do you think I should post one on IG? I am not a fan of Coke or Budweiser, so I’m hesitant.

Wellness Tip: Clean out your fridge. I personally only buy organic, vegan, low to no sugar products. You know what you shouldn’t have in there. Throw it out and start fresh!
