Hey luv! I hope you had a great day today! I had to take a day off from the gym today bc I was so sore from my workout yesterday! Here’s what I do when I’m sore to help with the pain and discomfort ✨Stretch - this will help loosen any tight muscles ✨Hypervolt massager - this thing is a life saver!! I use this to loosen any tight knots before I get in the bath this is best done at night ✨take a bath - I use Dr Teals epsom salt and bubble bath ✨ REST!!!! It is so important not to over work your body! It is okay to rest and take a day or two to let your body recover. Don’t let this discourage you!! I do this at least once a week and I swear I always sleep like a baby after lol Try this and let me know how it is for you!!!💕

Hey love! Happy Friday here’s a quick workout you can do today if you’re in a rush like me! I’m gonna be busy this weekend so I won’t have time to make it to the gym so here’s what I do when I have weekends like this (rarely) A quick 30 mins of cardio I like to use the stair master I use a resistance band while on the stair master and each step I do kick back (like you would doing cable kickbacks) At my gym they have studio rooms available for you to go and workout in I like to spend another 30 mins stretching and doing some yoga poses this is SO important and many people skip this but this is gonna help with soreness and muscle growth as well. If your gym doesn’t offer a room where you can do this you can at home! All you need is a yoga mat and some peace and quiet. The yoga poses I do are: ✨ mountain pose ✨ standing forward bend ✨ garland pose (this one might hurt a little if you’re super sore lol) ✨ staff pose ✨ head to knee pose And I finish off with a butterfly pose This actually makes my body feel less tense and I feel super energized for my day Try this and let me know how it goes! It’s hump day! Today I won’t be posting a work out 🙁 It’s a rest day for me! I wanted to talk about the importance of a rest day esp after an intense workout like the one I posted yesterday. I think a lot of people including myself when I first started working out used to think that you had to go to the gym everyday but this is not true and actually can do more harm than good for you. Why? Bc our bodies need rest in order to grow so if you’re not seeing results you may be over working your body. Working out 4-5 days a week and having a day of cardio is something that works for me. Depending on how sore I am I usually take 1- 2 days off from the gym. I like dedicating one day out of the week to cardio instead of lifting. Try switching up your routine if you’re struggling to see results! But take a break! Your body needs it! Oh my gosh! I can’t wait to tell you about this workout I did! I mean seriously look at the pump! 🍑 This workout is best done in the gym Here it is: ✨ Deadlifts- do 4 sets of 15 I used a 45 pound barbell for these! If you’re just getting started start at a lower weight like 20 pounds and work your way up. ✨ Squats- do 3 sets of 12 I used a 20 pound barbell I like to use a lower weight for these bc I want to be glute dominant when working out legs I find that with a heavier weight My hamstrings and quads are more dominant ✨ Hipabductor machine- do 4 sets of 15 I like to do drop weights for this one meaning I start with a heavy weight and go down from there I start at 55 pounds for the first set go down to 45 for the second set 35 for the third set and end at 25. Also holding at the end of each rep. ✨ Cable kickbacks- do 3 sets of 12 I set the weight to 15 pounds for these. Hold at the end of each rep for these as well. Here’s a fire 🔥 hump day workout 🍑 These are best done at the gym! Unless you have barbells and the equipment you need at your home I would suggest trying these next time you’re at the gym! ✨ Kneeling Squat do 4 sets of 15 This targets the flutes specifically* Hold the weight over your head vs putting a barbell On your back I find this works better. Key is to really emphasize pushing back and don’t thrust forward at the top of the movement ✨Deadlift on Shoulder Shrug Machine do 4 sets of 20 *Keep your toes on plates to keep the weight your heels this helps target and active the glute muscle. I Love using this machine for deadlifts because it allows me to really push back into the movement. You can do deadlifts without the machine as well it just helps a lot with your form if you struggle with deadlifts ✨Seated Good Morning do 4 sets of 20 Your Stance needs to be wide! point your toes out that way you can get more flute activation Keep your range of motion short and concentrated on your glutes ✨ Lying Dumbbell Leg Raise do 4 sets of 15 Try doing these lying on a bench and lowering your leg down behind you to increase range of motion instead of just laying on the ground Try these and let me know how it goes! Here is a healthy Valentine’s Day treat 💕 I had so much fun filming this video with @cocktailratings check out her page for some amazing creative drinks 🍸 These are protein balls they’re so yummy 😋 Here’s what you need! ✨1 cup old-fashioned oats ✨2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened) ✨1/2 cup creamy peanut butter ✨1/2 cup ground flaxseed ✨1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips) ✨1/3 cup honey ✨1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) ✨1 teaspoon vanilla extract This took about 20 mins to make (The mixture) You have to put them in the fridge for about an hour before you roll them into balls so they stick easier to speed this process up you can freeze them for 30 mins ! Good morning! Here are some supplements I take almost everyday And here is why some of these are so important to add to your workout to see results ✨ Whey or plant based protein -This is sooo important esp if you’re someone who struggles with putting on weight this is a great way to do so. Protein helps promote muscle growth! I always have a protein shake after my workouts my gym offers shakes but for gyms that don’t what you can do is bring a shaker with you and put 1 scoop (for women for men do 2) of the protein power you prefer and bring a water bottle and after your workout mix the two together and enjoy! I’ve done this when I didn’t want to spend the money or just when I went to a gym that didn’t offer shakes. For those with vegan diets plant based protein is great too I’ve tried both and love them! ✨ BCAA amino acids - I’ve posted about BCAA before and why I love them but this for me is a MUST esp since I don’t like taking pre workout this is a great alternative! it keeps my energy up and helps me get through my workouts. This is great for muscle recovery and for muscle growth!!! I usually have this during my workout and have a protein shake after my workout is done. just taking these supplements isn’t enough this is to enhance what you’re doing you need to have a healthy diet as well ! Esp if you wanna see gains! I’ll post later this week what I like to eat before and after my workouts! Stay peachy 🍑

Here’s a great glute bulking workout! I highly recommend you try this and incorporate into your leg day workout! Don’t forget your BCAA and protein powder! 🍑 Straight leg fire hydrant - do 3 sets of 12 each leg (challenge your self and try these with a medium resistance band 🔥) 🍑 Cable squats- do 4 sets of 10 start by standing with your legs wider than your shoulders (kind of like your about to do a sumo squats) set weight to 10 to 12 pounds when doing these. 🍑 Weighted sumo walks- do 3 sets of 10 start by using a lower weight and see how these work I suggest 15-20 pounds and working your way up. 🍑 Lunge kickback pulse- do 3 sets of 15 each leg (challenge yourself with these too and use a resistance band🔥)

It’s a new month! Set new goals for yourself this month. If you’re not seeing results DON’T get discouraged! Remember that consistency is key 🔐 everyones body is different! So take time and put the effort you need to put to achieve the goals you have set for yourself! nothing happens over night. My body took me three years to get to where I’m at and I’m still not done improving! You can’t have your dream body by just scrolling and wishing! get up and do something! Even if it’s 30 mins a day start somewhere and I promise you’ll naturally be motivated to go workout. I used to hate the gym and then I started by doing 30 mins a day and now I go for and hour or more and I love it! Once you start seeing results even if they’re small it feels so good and it’s so motivating! There is no right or wrong way to workout (As long as you’re being safe and not injuring yourself lol) I truly believe everyone’s body is different so do what works for you! I used to feel self conscious about going to the gym bc I felt like people would look at me weird and I couldn’t workout the best thing to do if you feel the same way is bring headphones to the gym and turn the volume up and tune everything else out! It helped me so much. Here are some ideas 💡 for goals you can set for yourself this month! ✨ eating healthier - try meal prepping ✨ Set up a schedule during the week- how many times will you go to the gym during the week ✨ set a schedule each day of the week dedicate a muscle group to each day- example: legs on Tuesday or back on Wednesday. Happy Friday! Here’s a great workout for abs You can do these at home or at the gym! What you need: yoga mat, weighted ball or dumbbells. These are optional. I would definitely suggest in getting a yoga mat if you don’t have one and you workout at home. Do 2 sets 30 seconds each and 30 second rest. Dumbbells and weight ball is optional but definitely will add to the burn. I personally like to use them. 🔥🔥🔥 ⭐️ 30 sec Single Leg Drop ⭐️ 30 sec Ab Crossovers ⭐️ 30 sec Tuck w/ Extension ⭐️ 30 sec Crossbody Ankle Taps (try these with a 5 pound dumbbell) ⭐️ 30 sec Russian Twists (for these if possible use a weight ball or a weight of 5 pounds!) ⭐️ 30 sec Straight Leg Crunch Try these and let me know how it goes 🔥

You can’t build your butt by sitting on it!!!! 🍑 Here’s a simple at home workout you can do ! 🍑 Quadruped Pulsing Kickbacks: Put both hands and knees on the ground and using one leg first keeping the other knee on the ground Kick up into the sky without hyperextending. Kick up to the sky without brining you leg all the way down in a pulsing motion. have the resistance band right above the knee that is stationary. Do 3 sets of 15 🍑 Frog Pumps: Lay on your back and Put your feet together and squeeze your glute muscles to pump up. have the resistance band placed near lower thigh region. To increase intensity get a dumbbell and put it across your hips. Do 3 sets of 12 🍑 Hip extensions Sit on the ground with your elbows touching the ground while you prop yourself up. Hold your legs out in front of you and put the band close to your knees (right above the knee) starting with one leg extended out while keeping the other in place. Do 3 sets of 8

I know it’s been tough since a lot of gyms have been closed ☹️ But these are 4 great workouts to get a pump 🍑 This workout does not compare to weight training if you’re trying to build muscle, but with most gyms being closed and having restrictions I know it can make it hard to get creative but I highly recommend getting resistance bands or some dumbbells to add a little extra ✨spice✨to your workout at home. If you have resistance bands use them for this!
