Let’s be realistic sometimes it takes me months to finish a book, and sometimes only a few days! It depends what is going on in my life or how interesting the book is to me. That’s why I try to set realistic goals for myself every once and awhile to make sure I keep up with reading 😊

I have had this book for awhile now and I actually need to look into if they ever published an updated version because what this book does is chooses a rap song from each year that can be considered the best, most influential, or just the overall anthem of that year. It is so interesting for many reasons whether it is a song that surprises you for that specific year, a song that brings back so many memories, or just introducing you to a new song you may not be familiar with. This is where my love for history comes into play because I love seeing the evolution of this musical genre over time!

This book is awesome for anyone who wants to read nonfiction..
This book is awesome for anyone who wants to read nonfiction to learn but can’t commit to reading for long periods! It has one essay for each day of the week pertaining to different aspects whether history or art. I am so excited to start it😊
