The easiest way to do this is get yourself a nice big water bottle and keep it close throughout the day π₯° I love adding lemon, mint, or fruit to my water to add nutrients and make it taste yummy! π

I like to buy organic produce because I donβt have to worry so much about chemicals from pesticides sticking to my fruits and veggies ππ₯¦π«π₯ But are non-organic fruits and veggies bad? Absolutely not! If you need a more affordable option, non-organic produce is a totally fine choice. ππ Just make sure to wash your produce extra well and youβre set! ππ

Tofu is one of those things that of course if itβs not prepared right, itβs going to taste boring and flavorless. But tofu is extremely versatile, and super yummy when made properly! π My favorite way to prepare tofu is by squeezing any excess liquid out of it, then chopping it into small bite-sized cubes. Then I add it to a pan with some oil and fry it until itβs nice and crispy. Make sure to keep gently squeezing it throughout the cooking process to get that nice crunch! Then I add my favorite sweet chili sauce, and boom! You have a delicious plant-based appetizer or protein for meals! π€€π₯°π
I loveeeee vegetable juices for a quick easy way to get a nutrient boost whenever I need! π Carrot is one of my favorites, great for eyesight, skin, and hormones! But you know Iβll never say no to a green juice either ππ

It gives you way more freedom to make the recipe your own and decide what you like more.
