I’ve got nowhere to go today as I’m still healing but after being bedridden for over a week I just needed to feel a little more human! Sometimes just getting up and getting ready for no reason at all is a huge morale booster 🙌🏻 How do you recover best after being sick? Any tips/tricks welcome 🫶🏻

I apologize for being more scarce in my posts recently. I got sick right after new years and the doctor I saw misdiagnosed me. My illness progressively got worse over the last 3 weeks.
