I was so lost this morning with both my gyms closed I was out of my routine. I knew I needed to do something. It finally warmed up & I went for a 4.5mi run. Beautiful weather and came across some ducks. Have a great day!

Had to do double duty since no workout partner 😏. Nothing less than 20lbs was used. Squats & lunges I did heavy bar with extra 30lbs. Gotta work those glutes😉😁
