Why is nothing simple to take care of?! Getting setup for being on my own has been frustrating to say the least! Process of whatever "task" seems to always have issues to actually get it done🙄 and takes twice as long. And you know how u dread having to call someone on the phone for setups...this is when I think id enjoy the pain of stabbing myself in the eye with a plastic fork🤣🤣🤣...you just know its gonna be 1.5hrs on the phone😄🙄😄

Serve on a bed of lettuce with tortilla chips, top a taco salad with it, or do as I did tortilla wrap with cheese topped with black bean & corn salsa. Finally plain Greek yogurt 2%fat vs sour cream for the added protein! And did u know that quinoa is a complete protein that can be utilized by your body. Makes a lot & freezes well in baggies to pull for quick lunches😉.

Yes, of course I know if I didn't stuff too much into it I could eat it without cutting it apart 😂😂😂 I've posted before, but I know how much u like to see some of the things I make to eat healthy. This is lavash bread (low carb, high protein & fiber), tzatziki (spinach & artichoke- YUM!), chicken, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, feta. Talk about filling!!!
