Just a few vids. First, just being silly. Love dancing & singing & playing my Country music loud as I do hh chores. The others are some of my workout from yesterday. Typically, the workout is for lighter or bodyweight. You run thru all exercises & drop the first each round. I did 3 rounds mainly because I was going med heavy, slower more focused on form & bracing my core. When u hold weight in just hand, you have to brace your core & works your stabilizer muscles 😉...aka side abs😋. That's one reason I use free weights & the bar vs a bunch of machines. 😁

First week on the new job done. Hope it's many more that I'll enjoy🙂. Found out they have upped the salary for my old position to $110-130k 😳 yeah...that's what I thought. Even if they would have offered me that to stay...sometimes money isn't always the motivating factor😉

A new job may be necessary 😔. Apparently, this company doesn't allow sleeveless tops regardless if professional attire. Tho I could wear jeans & t-shirts if I want🙄. I dress for myself & really pisses me off when I'm told what I can & cannot wear when it's unnecessary. I'm wearing a sleeveless dress tomorrow. We'll see what happens. 99% of my summer wardrobe is sleeveless. Had I known...I NEVER would have accepted the job! I'm having anxiety over this issue😔
