❗️ Another mental health post ❗️ Feeling better today and accepting my thicker body. I have been going through a hard time as you all know and part of it has been trying to get the weight off that I have gained from my meds. No matter what I eat or how hard I work out I can’t seem to get abs again! But I am here to say I don’t care anymore! This is my body and I’m gonna love it no matter what. If I can’t have abs because of my meds then so be it! Mental health is more important than aesthetics at this point. Love yourself no matter what stage your in! Your body is a temple ♥️

❗️Vulnerable post 🥺❗️Excited to get back into the swing of things next week after a mental health check this week. As many of you know I suffer from an anxiety disorder which I take medication for. I was struggling, so this week I didn’t work out, ate unhealthy, and mostly laid around. I started therapy though, and am excited for the future and recovering from my trauma! Make sure you are patient with yourself and others and allow yourself to take a step back and remember mental health is just as important as physical health and you never know what others are going through! Stay healthy and positive my friends! ♥️
