Because you guys asked 😅♡ for the ravioli I used like 2 cups of flour 4 eggs a bit of salt and like 3 tbsp of olive oil and mixed it, kneaded it and flattened it stuffed them with chicken and sauce. I used 1:1 ratio of butter/flour then added milk, garlic, onion, paprika and salt/pepper for seasonings and a bit of mozzarella then I put it in the freezer to cool down. The sauce should not be wet or else it will ruin the ravioli. You can easily stuff it with anything you have at home. It is super simple and as long as you have butter and flour, it is the base of any sauce. For the lemon bars, I zested 2 lemons, squeezed them and got about half a cup juice then I used a whole cup of lemon juice I already had and about 1/4 cup of water, 5 eggs, 1 1/2 cup of sugar, half cup of flour, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. And a little bit of salt. Then I made the crust with half cup of melted butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of flour and a little bit of salt. It's a lot to type out oops 😬 but lastly the glaze was made by squeezing one lemon (use the pulp tooo) zesting one lemon which turns out to about 1 1/2 tsp , water and flour. I put that on top ^-^ pretty good u should try it
