

The central nervous system can only psychologically process one feeling or emotion at a time for about 90 seconds. Anything beyond that 90 seconds is considered to be an “obsession” or in other words “telling yourself a story.” 💫 If you do find yourself obsessing - good bad or indifferent - know it’s just like a heartbeat. When it’s up it will eventually at some point go back down. And when it goes down know it always comes back up. 💫
