

Past hurt informs future fear. To know thyself in fear is to know thyself in separation - of thy self. My mind is so much more at ease when I regularly reflect and meditate. When I break this routine is when I begin feeling scattered and anxious. I think this is because, in the past, I muted my intuition. There was no synchronicity between my mind, body and heart. I carelessly followed the “best feeling” route, betraying myself in so many ways along the way. I don’t know you and your whole life story. What you’ve been through that’s brought you to this place and evolved you into the human you are today. I can’t manifest peace for you or meditate for you. But I can tell you that once you start, you won’t be able to stop. To know thyself in fear is to know thyself in separation - from thy self. The best way to overcome fear? Know yourself, spend time with your self, study yourself, regularly reflect. xx, ♥️
